What you buy
Visitors receive 5 new progressions per day; free accounts receive 15 per day, including visitor generations used before sign-in. Allowances reset at midnight UTC. Paid generator, complimentary and existing Pack Builder access include unlimited generation. Playback and manual editing remain free, with two free MIDI exports per customer/browser allowance. HouseKeys Lifetime costs £29.99 once and provides unlimited individual MIDI exports through the purchased account for the lifetime of the hosted service, plus WAV renders using the selected HouseKeys piano or synth sound. Valid discount codes reduce the one-time total shown in Stripe checkout before payment. WAV downloads are a Lifetime benefit and are not included with Pack Builder alone. It does not renew and does not include Pack Builder for new purchases. Pack Builder Pro costs £9.99 per month until cancelled and includes the generator, unlimited individual exports, pack creation up to 1,000 chords and ZIP export. Existing customers keep Pack Builder access previously included with their purchase. You can alternatively buy one additional MIDI export for £2.99 once. An account and internet connection are required for paid account access.
Your music
You may edit and use exported MIDI in your own personal and commercial music. Pack Builder Pro and grandfathered Pack Builder customers may also package, distribute and sell exported MIDI files as standalone MIDI packs on third-party marketplaces. This permission is non-exclusive and does not grant ownership of HouseKeys software, sound samples, source library, branding or trademarks. Progressions are non-exclusive and may resemble other outputs or existing music; you must check third-party rights and marketplace rules. No unique composition, hit record, guaranteed sales or exclusive copyright is promised.
Lifetime customers may use exported HouseKeys piano and synth WAV loops in personal and commercial music. Selling or distributing standalone audio loop packs additionally requires active Pack Builder Pro or grandfathered Pack Builder access at the time of export. This permission covers rendered original synth loops, not source samples, software or third-party sound banks.
Access and changes
Keep your account for your own use. Pack Builder Pro renews monthly until cancelled through Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation at period end keeps access through the paid period. Failed, refunded or disputed payments do not grant ongoing access. MIDI files already exported remain yours to use under these terms. Existing legacy entitlements remain available under the terms accepted when purchased.
Refunds, disputes and problems
Contact support to request a refund, report a fault or resolve an access problem. Refunded or successfully disputed purchases lose the corresponding paid access after Stripe confirms the outcome. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.
Before you buy
Generate and preview for free before deciding whether to pay. MIDI exports contain notes, timing and tempo. Lifetime customers can also export the selected HouseKeys piano or synth sound as WAV audio. WAV export includes all piano and synth sounds.
