Contact & support
HouseKeys is provided by Studio 22 Southport. Contact us for help with the generator, your account or a MIDI export. Existing legacy subscribers can still manage or cancel their subscription from Account.
MIDI in your DAW
Download a MIDI file, drag it to a MIDI/instrument track and load your piano sound. Choose a piano or synth sound for the preview. MIDI contains notes rather than sound; Lifetime customers can separately download piano and synth sounds as WAV loops.
Account or payment
Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout. If you paid but cannot export MIDI, return to Account and refresh before starting another checkout, or contact support with your checkout receipt.
